The course is offered in two versions: Full in class and Blended (in class / online)

Course Content

  • The First Aider’s role
  • Check, Call, Care
  • CPR for adult, child and infant
  • AED use for adult, child and infant
  • Choking first aid for adult, child and infant
  • Heart attack and stroke
  • First Aid for bleeding
  • Breathing emergencies (asthma, anaphylaxis)
  • Wound care

Certification

Upon course completion all participants will receive a Red Cross certificate which remains valid for 3 consecutive years.
